Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try one session first?

Yes, you may take an ala carte session first instead of committing to 5.5 or 10.5 package.

Will I need to purchase equipment to continue practicing at home? What should I do if I don't want to?

Yes you will need to purchase the necessary equipment to carry on with the homework. If not, you may use the gym we have in the office at $30 per hour under our trainer's supervision.

How soon will I be able to see the results of my progress in FGR?

There are two main phases within this training program - Fundamental & Movement. We highly recommend covering 2 sessions weekly for the first 2-3 weeks along with video homework submission. The basic fundamentals have to be extremely strong before progressively moving to the next phase.

Should I choose 5.5 sessions or 10.5 sessions package?

Our trainer advises to take the 10.5 sessions spread over 9 weeks, so that you can take your own pace with it and feel the difference.

Can I continue to extend the package if I enjoy FGR and find it beneficial?

Yes of course! Our trainer will be very happy to have you, and there will be always more to train in accordance to each client's learning experience.

Will I break down and cry from how fierce the practioner is?

Uh... Probably not. But we do have to make you sign a waiver that says you will listen to his instructions... :")

What if I find the sessions too intense, or am unable to continue for personal reasons?

We understand that life happens, and ask that you reach out personally to our Whatsapp and inform us what is happening so that we can help you to redesign your treatment plan. Please do not hesitate to let us know any concerns or worries you would have.
