For our athletes, we have designed another program specifically aimed to enhance performance and reduce muscle fatigue.
This program is highly customizable to your training frequency and respective sport — we work with you to get you the best result! This training can start as early as 12 or 6 weeks out from your event.

No, it should not hurt extensively. We work with your pain threshold, and if you need a lighter pressure you may notify our therapist before or during your session.
For Sports Massage we recommend coming back every 1-2 months especially if you are active, to keep and maintain your tightness at bay.
Yes, you are still welcome to have a sports massage. Do take note to rest after so that your muscles can recover fully before your next workout.
For most people, we would advise that they fully rest for the next 12-24 hours. If the affected area is extremely sore, we would suggest resting for a longer duration; until you are fully recovered before working out again.
If you are trying to ease pain caused from a recent injury, please book a fusion therapy appointment instead as this service would not be suitable for you. We would like to assist to address the root of your problem and solve it permanently, not only to find a temporary solution.
However, if you are keen to proceed with the sports massage do know our services will be limited as compared to what we can provide for a Fusion Therapy session.
